At Montale Parfums, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our olfactory creations. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Service team via the contact form or email, providing your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original cellophane-wrapped box and ensure it is securely packed in a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
